What do you love most about Tampa Bay?

I’m originally from Fort Lauderdale. As a native Floridian, I can confidentially say that Tampa has a different vibe. Tampa Bay is an amazing place to raise a family. Tampa is vibrant, beautiful, easy to navigate and fun. I have thoroughly enjoyed my time in Tampa since 1999 and have loved raising my son in this area. The support we received when my wife got sick and through other family challenges have been amazing.

What makes you uniquely qualified to help someone with the largest investment they generally will make in their lifetime?

I’ve helped thousands of homeowners make this decision over the last 20 plus years. One of the most gratifying things for me has been my past clients calling me to tell me they paid off their mortgage.

What types of niche lending do you personally specialize in?

Although I’m known by my peers as a thought leader in unconventional lending, most of the loans I’ve closed over the last few years have been low down payment programs for first-time buyers.

Years experience and other things which will add to your credibility?

20+ years of experience, and as a licensed mortgage loan originator and mortgage broker I’ve passed both the State and National components of the SAFE exams. I have multiple avenues to fund your next purchase or refinance. Most of the time my compensation comes from the lender and there are usually no broker fees, no origination fees, no processing fees and of course no points.
