Being a first time home buyers, we were really anxious about the whole process. Gilbert was extremely kind and informative. He always made himself available to address to all our questions, meet us after work to look over our options, and even sat down with us to explain what everything on the documents meant. We really appreciate his patience with us and his friendship.
