I’m originally from Fort Lauderdale. As a native Floridian, I can confidentially say that Tampa has a different vibe. Tampa Bay is an amazing place to raise a family. Tampa is vibrant, beautiful, easy to navigate and fun. I have thoroughly enjoyed my time in Tampa since 1999 and have loved raising my son in this area. The support we received when my wife got sick and through other family challenges have been amazing.
What types of niche lending do you personally specialize in?
Although I’m known by my peers as a thought leader in unconventional lending, most of the loans I’ve closed over the last few years have been low down payment programs for first-time buyers.
