Kierstynn is a Loan Partner/Pre-Approval Specialist at the start of an exciting new journey in the mortgage industry. She graduated from the University of South Florida with a bachelor’s degree in Criminology, but she’s always had a strong interest in real estate and the home buying process. While she may be new to the industry, Kierstynn brings a fresh perspective, strong attention to detail, and a genuine passion for helping others. She is committed to learning, growing, and providing a smooth and supportive pre-approval experience for every client she works with. Kierstynn is eager to build her knowledge, develop meaningful relationships, and become a trusted resource for clients as they take the first steps toward homeownership.

What do you love most about Tampa Bay?

I was born and raised in Tampa Bay, and it will always be considered my home. I love that there’s always something to do, from local events around town, eating at delicious restaurants, or having time on the water. I especially enjoy cheering on our local sports teams whether it’s from my TV or at the stadiums! More than anything, I love the community here in my hometown!

What is something that people are surprised to find out about you?

Something that might surprise people about me is that I spent nearly 10 years of my life in competitive cheerleading. The sport taught me discipline, resilience, and how to stay focused under pressure. I still carry that same mindset into everything I do! Showing up with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a drive to keep improving no matter the challenges that come my way are attributes that are very important to me!

What do you like to do for fun?

In my free time, I love being by the pool or on the lake, soaking up the sunshine and relishing in water activities. I take pleasure in exploring local markets and finding new favorites around the area! Every now and then, you can catch me at a nice country concert enjoying some good music as well! I’m also a HUGE animal lover and enjoy winding down with my pets for a quiet evening at home.
